RETURN POLICY NOTICE:
All sales for: Glassware, Mugs, and other Original Art Pieces are final and not subject to return or exchange. Melissa Marie Artistry offers shipping insurance to cover items that may be damaged during shipping. Any damaged items from shipping will be replaced free of charge with proof of damage from the buyer.
Clothing items may be exchanged for in-store credit or swapped for a different size within 30-days of the original sale. In the event such an exchange is required, please utilize the Contact Us section of this site and request a return shipping label and advise on the new size required. A shipping label will be provided to you via email at the email address used for the original purchase along with an invoice if there is a cost difference for a larger size. Upon receipt of the item at Melissa Marie Artistry’s address, and payment for the cost difference (if applicable); the newly requested size will be mailed to you promptly.
